Karn Malhotra - Personal Injury Lawyer
Karn Malhotra received his Honours in B.A. from Kirori Mal College in 1983 and his LL.B. from Delhi University in 1986. He was called to the Indian Bar in l986 and practised law in New Delhi for three years. He relocated to Canada in l989 and was called to the Ontario Bar in l993. In 1998, he received his LL.M. in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Mr. Malhotra has practised primarily in the field of personal injury litigation, and has developed outstanding skills and experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques such as mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Malhotra has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Appeal, Canada Pension Plan Tribunal, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, Workers Compensation Board Tribunal, and Financial Services Commission. He has also participated in numerous mediations.
Mr. Malhotra regularly participates in continuing legal education programs in efforts to provide the most up-to-date information and legal services.
He is fluent in Hindi, both orally and written, and is fluent orally in Punjabi and Urdu.
